Introduction:
As the new emerged trend of conveying messages by multimedia and other models of communications, it has made a big room to find the ways for conveying messages with more effectiveness and efficiency. There are many aspects in good massages. Firstly, it should be understandable what the sender really says and what receiver absorb. Then the presenting a massage using by computer, MS publisher tool is a big task than we think. Then it should be consider, greatly how the layout be appeared.
Among the modern communicative tools, publishing a massage gets very significant place and competitiveness. Then the attractiveness and well organized layouts gets more attention and achieve the target of the sender. So when we plan a layout, it should be greatly considered the shape, font, design, size, images and colour etc….. . In modern education scenario, this task gets a important place where work with publishing tools.
With the intention of that, here the task mainly focuses on hoe to prepare an effective and attractive layout using MS publishing tools. Here the targeted group is grade (10) students and they have to performance a good manner of implementing this aims in to the educational scenario. That is the main target of the teacher. To achieve their goal, the task leads on the educational web sites in

Aspect of ICT skill
Of teacher
The teacher must have thorough knowledge on computer environment and using the Internet. And also should be able of using Microsoft office publisher. Teacher must be familiar of the tools publisher like inserting images, changing font, must write relevant information for the relevant images and picture. The teacher must be fluent in writing and reading English, should be able to type, know well about all the tools like changing fonts, designing the background, borders and necessary other computer tools .
Of students
The students should have ability to access to internet and its features. And also it is required to have some knowledge and to understand some general commands on internet. And also they should be able to insert images for suitable places; Uses caption text , Text in columns, Fact boxes or text in a frame header and footer with page number. Further more than this the student must be familiar in using different tools in word document like change and format the font, insert pictures, the background, design the a colorful layout for their assignment. They should be fluent in reading and writing English, able to type.
Pedagogical aspects
By this task students will be able to involve the most suitable tipper of conveying massages. And also students can absorb the knowledge of making attractive and feasible massages paying consider on fonts, illustrations, and publishing literature which the students want in day today life. Student can be able to find the most appropriate way of conveying the massages. Students acknowledge the knowledge on Sinhala web site and addresses relevant to the learning scenario.
Lesson plan
Step 01
Description
Teacher takes group the student and 5 students are maximum in each group. Then that’s task is to find the information on Sinhala web sites which can find the educational matters in the world exploring the Internet . The information which gathered referring the Internet has to organize and saves in a folder. Then the folder may have included information pictures and email addressed. Then students have to make a layout presentation with creative, effective and attractive manner to put up on the school magazine as a news letter.

Gathering information-
Firstly Students are motivated to find the relevant Sinhala web sites by referring the Internet. Then students have to get more information about Education sinhala web sites, exploring through the web sites. After save the information which are taken and save them in already made folder.

Organizing the information
Here students have to categorized the found information separately subject wise examine the information by their images which are relevant to the newsletter , web addresses and matters.

Pre-preparation
Here students have to make the information in order sorting out unnecessary matters, pictures etc…. And also get in order them as there significance to the theme with good management style to make the flexibility to understand emphasizing the significant points.

Digitization
Re-organize the manner of presenting the layout made in previous stage adding the illustrations, captions, images, coloring the text and also considering the color variations, font variation and make the good visualized layout.

Layout
Have to give advice to present the information which is found by the students, using the publishing tool. So students have to consider greatly about,
Font should be suitable for the audience and fit to the massage. And also font size and font colour should be able to get the attraction of readers.
On the other hand, images should be created, attention and guide the reader through the presentation.
A good text has many entrances, photography, a drawing, a heading, an emphasized piece of text, or just a sub headline, for the images added to presentation.
Then students have to follow the layout literature using manageability, flexibility and attractiveness.

Production
Giving the necessary guidelines by the teacher, must have tried to get the students final output of the task. Here teacher has to give the advice to perform this task with flexible, feasible, manageable news letter to put on the school magazine.

Elaboration
Teacher has to inspect the creations which are enclosed by the groups and leads a discussion among the groups discussing the shortcomings they have made. Considering the others opinions the students have to make up their creations more effectively.

Presentation and Distribution
Considering the above discussed points, students have to make their news letter and distribute those among the other students. Finally they have to publish them in school magazine.
